Acceptance of Terms

AttractROI LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides the Cash Cow / Freedom Funnel Club ("Service") to you, the user ("you" or "your"), subject to the following Terms of Service ("ToS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this ToS.

Description of Service

The Freedom Funnel Club is a comprehensive subscription-based sales and marketing platform which includes access to our proprietary funnel templates, online training modules, live support via zoom, office hours, and live events. The Service is designed to assist users in launching their marketing funnels. The Service is not an ad agency. We do not manage campaigns, turn ads on and off, or adjust budgets on an ongoing basis.

Payment and Fees

The price for the Freedom Funnel Club is a one-time setup fee of $497 and a monthly fee of $397. Additional fees for a phone system and email are not included in the monthly fee.

SMS Fees

The current phone system fees for SMS services are $0.0158 per SMS segment. An SMS segment is defined as 160 characters; thus, a message that is 160 characters or fewer will count as one segment. If a message exceeds 160 characters, even if only by one character (161 characters in total), it will be counted as two segments. This segmentation could vary by region. To accurately calculate the number of segments your message may contain, please use the Messaging Segment Calculator available at https://twiliodeved.github.io/message-segment-calculator/.

Email Fees

Email fees are $0.00135 per email sent. Please note that all fees are subject to change with notice.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with the Service for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. However, please note that the setup fee and monthly fee may be refundable, but any SMS or email fees incurred during your use of the service are not refundable. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for any ad spend on external platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, or any other advertising platform. After 30 days, our "No Refund" policy applies.

Use of Service

The Service is intended for users who are team members, assistants, or contractors working for your business and is not to be shared with separate entities or businesses. Sharing the cost with another agent or business for multiple users in one account is prohibited.

Content and Use License

The content provided through our Service, including all program materials and training modules, is for your personal use only. You may not sell, record, videotape, share, teach, or otherwise divulge this material without our express written consent. Misuse of the content or sharing of login credentials with third parties will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

You are granted a non-exclusive license to access and use our provided materials. This license does not extend to any of Company’s trademarks, service marks, copyrights, or other intellectual property except as expressly provided.

Participant Conduct

You are expected to conduct yourself professionally. Disruptive behavior, failure to follow program guidelines, or impairing the participation of other participants may result in termination of your access to the Service without refund.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under this Agreement are to be submitted to binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, and resolved in accordance with the laws of Texas. Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis; class actions and similar proceedings are not permitted.

General Information

This ToS constitutes the entire agreement between you and AttractROI LLC and governs your use of the Service. The ToS and the relationship between you and AttractROI LLC shall be governed by the laws of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
